Vince Wanamaker - CEO & Lead Instructor
Although Vince started diving later in life he quickly fell in love with the sport. After retiring his travels took him far and wide
exploring the oceans. Eventually he found himself here in Panama looking to open a new dive center to bring his love for the sport to
others. Having instructor ratings with SSI (Scuba Schools International), DAN (Divers Alert Network), TDI (Technical Diving
International), HSA (Handicap Scuba Association) and PADI (Professional Association of Diving Instructors) allows him to provide a
wide range of diving and non-diving training.

Lynn Miner - Instructor Trainer
Lynn spends much of his time traveling around the world diving and conducting our Instructor Trainer courses here at
Jolly Roger Diving. As a pioneer in Fluorescent Diving he is the creator of
Fire Dive Gear a manufacturer/seller of flourescent lighting
and filters for viewing and photography of sealife flouresence.
